Aerosmith return with their first new single in 6 years, “Legendary Child”

Steven Tyler is arguably more popular than ever thanks to his American Idol gig, but Aerosmith haven’t released an album since 2004′s Honkin’ on Bobo, and they haven’t released an album of original rock songs since 2001′s Just Push Play (remember “Jaded“??  I used to love that song).  That all changes on August 28, however, when the rock band releases their 15th studio album, Music from Another Dimension.  You can see the album art after the song.

“Legendary Child” is the first single from Music from Another Dimension, a roaring rocker that could be much better… but also could be much worse.  At the very least it’s worth a try.  Listen below and let us know what you think of this brand-new Aerosmith song in the replies!
