I first heard U.K. producer Julio Bashmore a few weeks back on the song “Troglodytes,” a delicious piece of electronica that relies upon samples from Jimmy Castor‘s 1972 novelty hit of the same name for its comedic value in addition to its great groove. However, Bashmore’s newest, a bass-heavy dance track, needs nothing more than the line “Oh, baby” — repeated ad infinitum — to communicate its throbbing sexuality.
