Metallurgy: Christopher Lee’s epic metal, “Let Legend Mark Me as the King”

In celebration of his 90th birthday, which just occurred in May, actor Christopher Lee (Dracula, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars) is releasing his second — yes, his second – heavy metal album.  No, this is not a joke.  No, today’s not April 1.

And yes, it’s fucking epic.

This should’ve been on the soundtrack for Lord of the Rings as Saruman’s theme.  Somehow, Lee fits perfectly into the genre, and his booming voice does indeed mark him as the king.  ”Let Legend Mark Me as the King” is the single, and you can buy it over on iTunes – as well as hear a clip of the B-side, “The Ultimate Sacrifice.”

Sorry I can’t write well right now.  I think my brain’s exploded.
