The Gaslight Anthem rock out on a cover of Tom Petty’s “You Got Lucky”

As a B-side for the physical release of their new single “45,” The Gaslight Anthem have covered Tom Petty‘s 1982 synth-heavy single “You Got Lucky,” turning it into a rock song with the help of Brian Fallon’s growl.  This is one of my favorite Petty songs and one of my favorite early-’80s songs, so it’s great to hear a new interpretation.  Listen below!
